Duration: 9 Months starting from 25th May 2025

Brief: This project conducts a checklist-based accessibility audit of Ujjain City, focusing on the mobility of visitors with disabilities. It integrates GIS mapping and Multi-Criteria Evaluation to identify, assess, and visualize accessible zones at both heritage precinct and city levels.

Objective - To enhance Ujjain’s experience through urban design strategies, spatial technologies and urban gamification integrating cultural heritage with app basednavigation tools to create an immersive, accessible and legible city beyond Kumbh Mela.

7. STUDY OF DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF LOW-COST AFFORDABLE HOUSING TYPE(S) OF PRANPUR VILLAGE OF CHANDERI, DISTRICT ASHOKNAGAR, MP AND REPLICATION OF SIMILAR PROTOTYPE HOUSE(S)

Study of traditional house/housing clusters and their architectural documentation, preparing inventory of materials and methods of construction, documentation and assessment of structural system, construction of 250 sq ft prototype structure.

8. STUDY OF TRANSFORMATION AND REJUVENATION OF DELINEATED RESIDENTIAL AREAS IN THE LUTYENS BUNGALOW ZONE: AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH

The project aims to develop an urban design agenda that fosters an improved quality of life within and around the delineated areas in the Lutyens Bungalow Zone.
